We understand that plans can change, you can cancel your booking at any time, however we charge a fee if you give us less than 24 hours notice. Here’s how it works:
- Notice period – Refund amount
More than 24 hours – 100%
Between 24 and 6 hours of the appointment – 70%
Within 6 hours of the appointment – 0%
